This tool finds and provides feedback on common errors in data files before submission to CCHDO. Supports both Bottle and CTD exchange-formatted data files. A full description of this format can be found here.

To get started, press the 'Check Datafile' button below and select your file.

Note: Data that passes the check will be prioritized for merging. Users may still submit data even if errors are found.
